    Arrive in Shanghai and transfer to hotel. Shanghai is  mainland China’s commercial capital and most populous city.Located at the mouth of the Yangtze River on China’s east-central coast, With a storied history of foreign economic and cultural exchange, Shanghai is known as mainland China’s most international city.

    Shanghai -Suzhou (Breakfast/Lunch)

    After breakfast in hotel ,visit the famous Bund. Shanghai is divided by the Huang Pu River into eastern and western sections. Modern mega high rises are seen on the eastern side while traditional European style architecture may be seen on the western side. 
    
    Optional Tour: Huangpu River Cruise -take the opportunity to join the optional “ Cruise on the Huangpu River” $45/p.p.
    
    Transfer to Suzhou, often called the ‘Venice of the east’, Suzhou has a history dating back to 514BC. Visit the famous Liu Garden, recognized with other classical Suzhou gardens as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. China is renowned for its exquisite silk, so naturally a visit to the Silk Spinning Factory is in order. Optional Tour: Grand Canal Cruise  $20/p.p.

    Suzhou-Hangzhou (Breakfast-Lunch)

    After breakfast, drive to Hangzhou, is considered the tea capital of China, so a visit to the city just isn’t complete without a trip to a local tea house. Make a special visit to the Tea House at Meijiawu Tea Village in the hinterland of West Lake Park, considered one of the most important Longjing Tea productions in China. Enjoy the beautiful village scenery while learning about China’s special tea culture and how to appreciate the sophisticated taste and aroma of Longjing Tea. At the Tea House, learn how to make the Longjing Tea including tea leaves picking, frying and tasting. Then enjoy a small boat ride on the West Lake, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, admiring the ethereal beauty of Hangzhou’s willow draped islands.

    After breakfast, we will disembark for a tour of the Three Gorges Dam. The world’s largest hydroelectric power project took almost 20 years to build. You will see the inner workings of this massive structure up close. Learn how the dam controls flooding and how it led to the relocation of 1.25 million people.

    Yangtze River Cruise (Three Gorges) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

    Travel the most scenic stretch of the Yangtze as it forces its way through a spectacular series of limestone ridges known as the Three Gorges. Cruise through Qutang Gorge, the shortest, narrowest and most spectacular of the three large gorges. Then, we will board a smaller boat for an excursion through the Goddess Stream. We will sail through these remarkable canyons flanked by towering cliffs.
    Along the way, you can see fascinating sites including the hanging coffins of the Ba people and the ancient plank road carved into the cliffside. Sailing through Wu  Gorge, renowned for its magnificent scenery.

  • Chinese tourist visa : Two ways to get a Chinese visa : (1) We can assist in applying for a ten-year Chinese tourist visa, which needs to be applied at least 60 days before departure date . We need your original passport and electronic photo ,total visa and service fees $420/p.p (2) We can assist with China port visa(valid for 30 days after entering China) ,which needs to be applied at least 20 days before departure date. We need your photocopy of passport and electronic photo, total visa and service fees $180/p.p

Reservation Info
 1. Ticket prices for some scenic spots will be adjusted due to the season, final prices may vary based on the price that day.
2. If you need to temporarily change the pick-up location before departure, please be sure to inform us 3 days before the departure date so that we can coordinate arrangements; Surcharges will be made to the itinerary.
3. Due to different departure dates, traffic conditions, hotels, natural disasters, and other force majeure factors, Grand Century Cruises reserves the final right to adjust the itinerary and hotels.
4. The hotel’s check-in time starts at 3:00 PM, and the rooms are all "non-smoking" rooms. Smoking in the room will result in a fine of more than $300 paid by the smoker.
Cancellation Policy
 Cancellations can only be made by informing Century Cruises after travel booking. In the event of cancellation, the following conditions will apply: All cancellations shall be made upon receipt of written notice of cancellation from the consumer. Additional charges may apply if consumers intend to resume travel after they or their designated representatives cancel the trip. Such fees include, but are not limited to, air ticket reservations, hotel reservations, domestic transportation, meals, cruises, attraction tickets, administrative fees, and other fees and costs. If one of the double occupants cancels the trip, the other passenger will be charged a single occupancy surcharge. Please note that any type of room type change will incur a change fee. Cancellation fees, calculated per person, based on cancellation date, are as follows: 
90 days or more: Non-refundable minimum 50% travel prepaid;
70% of travel cost for 89-60 days;
80% of travel cost for 59-45 days;
90% of travel cost for 44-30 days;
Less than 30 days 100% of travel cost Not present on the trip: 100% of travel cost
Most optional tours will receive a full refund if you pre-book some of the optional tours on the tour, give cancellation notice at least 48 hours before the tour begins, or if there are not enough people on the optional tour. Century Cruises will not be responsible for any loss of related travel insurance purchased by consumers or personal expenses for preparing the trip caused by the cancellation of the trip.
